You’re very affordable we get what we pay for here. Maintenance does a good job of repairing things in a timely fashion. The people are really nice.

I've been here for awhile. The grounds are always maintained so clean. Any problems I have had are always resolved quickly. The front office is always great. I enjoy living here.

$200.00 rent increase at 1st anniversary living here. Then $50.00, I fear continued increases!
