Everyone was very friendly and appear to be knowledgeable

The only thing I didn’t like was the wait between having the X-rays then being checked then finally the cleaning. It just seemed like it took a long time. Everyone was very nice and the office was well decorated and clean.

Everyone was so kind and personable! I wasn’t uncomfortable at all, which was nice.

After spending over $4,000 at a pior Dentust I found out I need more work done on a replacement crown which I just recently had one new Crown put in this was definitely a surprise to me.

Someone with the same last name had an appointment around the same time as me, so things got confusing. The woman who checked me in thought the other woman was my mother. Then someone came to call one of us to the back. But because no first name was given, I followed the person to a room then had to go back to the waiting room since it was not the right person.Dr. Heimeyer was really nice, and I appreciate her help. Everyone that I had talked to/helped me was nice. Overall, it was a good experience.

I was a little apprehensive about my appointment. I was thinking the worst possible outcome for my dental problem but turns out, it wasn't as bad as I thought. The staff was so welcoming, I was able to relax.

I was very scared and when I finally got the courage to go in I had the most amazing experience. Everyone was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. I will be going back to see Dr. Heimeyer. She is amazing and so sweet.

They did s excellent jod on cleaning my teeth. The ladies were very very nice
