Each visit I spend too much time just sitting and waiting in the exam room; waited 32 minutes after X-ray and time cleaning started. Unacceptable, each time I have an appointment I have the same experience. Planning to find another provider.

no wait time issues. my only reason for the appointment was cleaning. No issue that dentist needs/wants to do x-rays, scans, etc, but after an hour of the staff coming in/out dealing with a difficult patient in next room, i was finally told no cleaning. no one during scheduling or before that had mentioned it even though I was really clear that was what I wanted to be done. So, i left without seeing the dentist and won't be back.

I came in for what I thought would be a consultation and cleaning. But instead was there for 2 hours for just a consultation. If I had issues I would understand but with everything being good I would have waited to schedule for a cleaning and a consultation. I spent an hour for the xrays which was fine but spent another hour waiting for someone to tell me everything looked good but they don’t have time for a cleaning. Overall I get both sides but feel like I wasted my time.
