Someone with the same last name had an appointment around the same time as me, so things got confusing. The woman who checked me in thought the other woman was my mother. Then someone came to call one of us to the back. But because no first name was given, I followed the person to a room then had to go back to the waiting room since it was not the right person.Dr. Heimeyer was really nice, and I appreciate her help. Everyone that I had talked to/helped me was nice. Overall, it was a good experience.

I was a little apprehensive about my appointment. I was thinking the worst possible outcome for my dental problem but turns out, it wasn't as bad as I thought. The staff was so welcoming, I was able to relax.

I was very scared and when I finally got the courage to go in I had the most amazing experience. Everyone was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. I will be going back to see Dr. Heimeyer. She is amazing and so sweet.

Excellent impression of the Dentist and x-ray staff person. Support staff were calm and handled a difficult person well. Unfortunately, the difficult person’s behavior had an adverse effect on my first visit. I had a long wait in the waiting room and a long wait in the room for the dental hygienist. In addition, I was expecting a dental cleaning after the x-rays. I didn’t receive one. Your procedure for having a separate appointment for x-rays was not clarified to me. I think I came on a bad day; will look forward to another visit on a better day.

Very clear explanations and a great staff

Very nice atmosphere. All of the employees were friendly, knowledgeable. Everything that was going on with my oral health was explained very well, in terms that I could understand. The exam and X-rays were very thorough.
