I had a wonderful time. Everyone was so nice. It kept me calm. Doctors make me nervous, but I felt very peaceful. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff.

Excellent impression of the Dentist and x-ray staff person. Support staff were calm and handled a difficult person well. Unfortunately, the difficult person’s behavior had an adverse effect on my first visit. I had a long wait in the waiting room and a long wait in the room for the dental hygienist. In addition, I was expecting a dental cleaning after the x-rays. I didn’t receive one. Your procedure for having a separate appointment for x-rays was not clarified to me. I think I came on a bad day; will look forward to another visit on a better day.

Very clear explanations and a great staff

Very nice atmosphere. All of the employees were friendly, knowledgeable. Everything that was going on with my oral health was explained very well, in terms that I could understand. The exam and X-rays were very thorough.

I made a big deal about needing to have a deep cleaning since I can hardly find the time to go to a dentist and the fact that this is what I had been told by THIS office that I would need when I made an appointment since I was a returning patient. They told me that they only had time for a regular cleaning AFTER I had my X-rays and they checked my teeth only to tell me that I would need a deep cleaning and that they did not have time for that and I would have to come back for the deep cleaning.

Each visit I spend too much time just sitting and waiting in the exam room; waited 32 minutes after X-ray and time cleaning started. Unacceptable, each time I have an appointment I have the same experience. Planning to find another provider.
