I got scared when a piece of the cleaning instrument broke inside my month, and the technician needed to look for it, inside my mouth and use her fingers to pull it off.

Hygienist was so rough. It hurt.

My appointment was at 2:00 but I did not get seen by htgentist until 2:50 due to scheduling of a deep cleaning patient at the same time. If I had known, I could have come later or rescheduled.

Cleaning and check a little pressure on teeth sometimes that today neck hurts so maybe if can take a thin pillow next time.

Appointment was scheduled at 2. Wasn’t called back until 2:20 and then informed after x-rays that the hygienist still had 2 patients in front of us so it would be another 10mins. When I asked the staff member for clarification she said that our appointment was scheduled for an hour so that the office was well within the time frame to see us. We didn’t leave until 3:30 from what was suppose to be a 2pm cleaning and check up appointment. The patient time is valuable as well.

They have no available appointments in april and I have to do my cleaning every 3 months because if not, my gums will start to bleed. I wanted to schedule my next cleaning and they said the entire month of April is booked and I had to book for May towards the end as that was their next available. That’s unacceptable and not going to work for me. I’m sure there’s other people who are in the same boat I am. I don’t understand how April is already full for a simple cleaning maintenance.
