Very pleasant

I called and asked the price of a retainer. For my niece and told them that she didn't have insurance plus she still had glue on her teeth. And how much would they charge? They told me 250 for the top and 250. For the bottom 500 total for the retainer, I asked, well, what is the price to remove the glue? They said, if you get the retainer, that would be free. So my total would be 500. When I get there, the price changed. It was a $1700. Once I told them, the manager said, okay, I'll do the 500. But to remove the glue, that's going to cost you and I kept telling her that. I spoke to someone.And there was three people in there that admitted that they gave me the price five hundred.And the glue would be free, and she would not honor the word of the other people ann honor what they had told me.

Very positive and reassuring

I was very impressed with everyone, from the receptionist at the front desk to the dentist! They were all so kind and professional. I would highly recommend this group!!

The Team worked wonderfully together and got in & out quickly. Everyone was extremely nice & positive while going into detail regarding next steps. I was extremely impressed with their care of my TMJ issue and recommend anyone with TMJ to Made A Smile! Thank you so much!
