Apparently, the patient is responsible for when they’re due for their x-ray, even if the office asked to do an x-ray. And if you are over your limit, you’re responsible the payment, even though the technician said that you’re due for it even when you’re not. No responsibility from the office.

Filling out the updated name ,address etc was a frustrating hassle. But the staff handled the paperwork and took care of it. They all were very professional.
