Property is not maintained wellAll property managers care about is the rentSmoking in the buildingPeople stealing mailDumpster is always overfilled when there’s 24 apartments total with 3242 and 3245 Orchard Manor Circle we have one dumpsterPeople parking and parking lots that don’t live at the apartmentThe amount of water damage from my ceiling from all the water pipes that constantly keep breakingAlways smells like weed and cigarettes in the whole buildingAll air vents are painted over some vents are permanently shut due to Landlord specials

Kitchen needs update , need walls painted and neighbor needs to clean up basement

Will my rent increase again for no reason? The $50 monthly pet fee that is higher than average; its $25-35 at most other apartments. Poorly lit parking and no security cameras. No real adminities or perks for the cost of the apt (currently pay $950 after all fees are considered). Other places have lower rent for more sq ft.
