Fast and friendly staff

Thanks for everything you have been doing

Very easy and intuitive.

They fixed my air conditioner right awayThanks!

Very friendly and professional in the they did in fixing the problem.

Easy to request and excellent follow up on completing the work order.

Maintenance team is great

They came in the same day as the request, I got a call when they were able to come in if it was an okay time -which 19 minutes later was because I was going to be back home. This was the first time I got a call with warning about when maintenance was coming /trying to enter and confirm with me that it was a good time which I very much appreciate. Communicative during the process about what they were doing, and fixed

Fast and quick fix

Always quick and easy to request a maintenance work request. The maintenance worker are always quick and diligent
