Our refrigerator is NOT working properly. I have used a professional refrigerator thermometer and it has shown in the warm zone since I placed it three days ago. The repairman put his hand in the refrigerator and said the air was cool and did NO other measurements of temperature. We lost one refrigerator full of food over $100. Everything was warm at that time. The slice cheese drooped in my hand.The refrigerator is over 14 years old. It was here when we moved in . We have made VERY few maintanence requests and hope our request for a new refrigerator will be fulfilled immediately . Thank you
