Yeah everything was well organized and clear. They were really helpful and kind.

I’ve actually called over the past few years but typically I’m not able to speak with someone. Overall I think it would help the business if logs were kept of potential residents or any type of feedback would be nice.

Our refrigerator is NOT working properly. I have used a professional refrigerator thermometer and it has shown in the warm zone since I placed it three days ago. The repairman put his hand in the refrigerator and said the air was cool and did NO other measurements of temperature.We lost one refrigerator full of food over $100. Everything was warm at that time. The slice cheese drooped in my hand.The refrigerator is over 14 years old. It was here when we moved in . We have made VERY few maintanence requests and hope our request for a new refrigerator will be fulfilled immediately . Thank you
