First, I would like to sincerely thank you for the repair of the lighting issue in my apartment. I especially want to thank Miguel, who is always very attentive, helpful, and responsive. I truly appreciate the prompt attention and effort that went into resolving the problem.I would also like to take this opportunity to share that I am somewhat disappointed with the increase in my lease renewal.As a resident who has lived in the building for four years, I have always paid my rent on time, taken great care of my apartment, and treated the property with respect.What concerns me most is that until this month I was paying $2,980 per month, and starting in the month of July I am required to pay $3,040 per month, while comparable apartments like mine are currently being advertised and rented for $2,930 and $2,955. It is difficult for me to understand why a long-term resident would be paying more than a new tenant moving into a similar unit.
