Everyone from the kind receptionist to check out lady were extremely nice. Zenia was especially kind taking time to explain everything to my child that is on the spectrum and made it an easy and wonderful experience for her .

As per my son, he liked the attention the whole staff had towards him and his siblings. The overall experience was great and he definitely loves this new dentist vs his old dental office!

When raising this issue at the front desk, the lack of empathy or understanding/ apology was evident. All the team did was repeat the mistake made over and over without offering to resolve the issue. Worse yet, the same thing happened again at the following appointment.Our time is valuable and this feels like a complete lack of respect and a total disregard for us as clients of your business.
