When raising this issue at the front desk, the lack of empathy or understanding/ apology was evident. All the team did was repeat the mistake made over and over without offering to resolve the issue. Worse yet, the same thing happened again at the following appointment. Our time is valuable and this feels like a complete lack of respect and a total disregard for us as clients of your business.
