It's been a while since last visit, so I'm not sure if this has already been addressed. The couches in the waiting room look very worn, with ripped upholstery and visible stains, terrible look.Unfortunately, they also don't give the impression of being clean or sanitized, which is important in a dental office. To be honest, if this had been my first visit, the condition of the waiting area would have made me consider turning around and leaving.I know the quality of care you provide is excellent.

Receptionist was so sweet! So kind! And I know I could be a little bit of over the top mother who keeps asking the same questions over and over but she was very patient with me. And I’m glad she’s the one that took care of me. The doctor and the technician that worked on my son’s teeth. Were so amazing! And very talkative, didn’t feel like a rush job. We switched over our insurance and moved. And I found this office on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. Can’t wait to come back in six months and see everybody’s friendly faces.

It was a positive one, once we got called in, but I did Not like that the receptionist- along with 1 or 2 other employees- made negative comments about Each caller that came in and out. Very Unprofessional. If that's how they are with people in the lobby, I don't want to know what's said amongst eachother.

This was my youngest son’s first time at this dentist. His previous dental experience was in Naples, where he also had a tongue tie revision, so I explained that to the dental assistant for understanding.During the visit, there was very little communication about what they were doing or why. My son is five years old and was clearly uncomfortable, but the doctor did not show much patience. Instead of explaining things or helping him feel more comfortable, the only direction was basically to “stay still” for the maybe 8 mins that the doctor was in the “room.”When I asked questions after the exam, the doctor came off as rude and did not really communicate with me. I was also asked if my son was on medication or had a diagnosis, which felt strange, especially since he is five, a new patient, and was simply uncomfortable in a new setting. My son was screaming, yelling, hitting, or anything to validate that question. He had a hard time laying down for the exam, squirming and showing obvious signs of discomfort. No compassion, understanding or patience. When I asked about the procedure they wanted to do for a back tooth, I could barely understand what was said (mumbling) and I just went with it.Overall, it was not the best experience, and I do not think we will be returning with my youngest son.

It was wonderful, as the dentist and assistant were both patient and nice to my daughter. Now my daughter is not scared of dentist due to how well our visit went.

The nurse and doctor both came across if they had better stuff to do. The cleaning was rushed and took of 5 minutes. The nurse was more concerned about everything going on in the office rather than the patient. She was very unpleasant and had no concern for my daughter. When the provider came in he was very short and unpleasant. He spent all of about 2 minutes in there with her. Really wish you had other providers for patients over 16. Really wish Dr. Hester would see kids that are over 16.
