Zero wait time, staff was friendly enough and the doctor was great! Informative, patient and really good with my son. I was a little surprised to see no toys in the waiting room but luckily we had a very short wait time.

Too crowded, waited almost 1 hour

It's been a while since last visit, so I'm not sure if this has already been addressed.The couches in the waiting room look very worn, with ripped upholstery and visible stains, terrible look.Unfortunately, they also don't give the impression of being clean or sanitized, which is important in a dental office.To be honest, if this had been my first visit, the condition of the waiting area would have made me consider turning around and leaving.I know the quality of care you provide is excellent.
