It was a positive one, once we got called in, but I did Not like that the receptionist- along with 1 or 2 other employees- made negative comments about Each caller that came in and out. Very Unprofessional. If that's how they are with people in the lobby, I don't want to know what's said amongst eachother.

This was my youngest son’s first time at this dentist. His previous dental experience was in Naples, where he also had a tongue tie revision, so I explained that to the dental assistant for understanding.During the visit, there was very little communication about what they were doing or why. My son is five years old and was clearly uncomfortable, but the doctor did not show much patience. Instead of explaining things or helping him feel more comfortable, the only direction was basically to “stay still” for the maybe 8 mins that the doctor was in the “room.”When I asked questions after the exam, the doctor came off as rude and did not really communicate with me. I was also asked if my son was on medication or had a diagnosis, which felt strange, especially since he is five, a new patient, and was simply uncomfortable in a new setting. My son was screaming, yelling, hitting, or anything to validate that question. He had a hard time laying down for the exam, squirming and showing obvious signs of discomfort. No compassion, understanding or patience. When I asked about the procedure they wanted to do for a back tooth, I could barely understand what was said (mumbling) and I just went with it.Overall, it was not the best experience, and I do not think we will be returning with my youngest son.

It was wonderful, as the dentist and assistant were both patient and nice to my daughter. Now my daughter is not scared of dentist due to how well our visit went.

The nurse and doctor both came across if they had better stuff to do. The cleaning was rushed and took of 5 minutes. The nurse was more concerned about everything going on in the office rather than the patient. She was very unpleasant and had no concern for my daughter. When the provider came in he was very short and unpleasant. He spent all of about 2 minutes in there with her. Really wish you had other providers for patients over 16. Really wish Dr. Hester would see kids that are over 16.

It is usually so pleasant in there. This time it just seems the staff was off and maybe it was because it was busy in there. Or maybe it was the time change. Just felt it needed to be addressed because I even had to go back and ask for the floride and it seemed that just slapped it on. The difference between my 2 children's teeth were astonishing.

Was taken in for the appointment 30 minutes after the scheduled time, and only after questioning why we hadn’t been called back yet. I had to take my kids out of school early to meet the appointment time, so very frustrating.

The manager he identified himself was completely rude and cocky and actually suggested me/refused to make an appointment ( “you should find another practice”) for my kids since i didn't seem to understand the extremely long wait-time which he said every day is the same…but before when i inquired he said they are short staffed….even if he didn't like that i complained, he was completely unprofessional in his demeanor. The wait area was like 82 F, no air circulation whatsoever.
