Not like the place. Need to look at diff place

Hygienist was very rough and cut my daughter's gums. I did mention in the room since I saw my daughter clenching her fingers and flexing her feet and body serving that she was being rough but she stated her teeth were dirty so she was doing the best she can. She has been a patient there for 4 hrs and teeth at 3:30 aren't typically clean and my daughter had no new cavities so how could they be dirty. She was rude, unwelcoming and not gentle at all!!

Arrived 10 minutes prior to appt time. Was not taken back until 40 minutes after appt was supposed to start. Very frustrating. I understand a short delay but 40 minutes is unacceptable. This is not the first time this has occurred at the office. Also hygienist was rough according to my daughter. She left with her mouth sore. We think they may have been new on the job.

Our Nov. appt. was moved to Jan. by front desk. When they rescheduled, they switched my child's primary doctor without our knowledge. When we arrived for cleanings 2 weeks before the appointment, we were told that they would not be able to get work done at their next appt. since Dr. Ortiz had done all of their exams, but the office had scheduled them with another dr. :( They then accidentally cancelled that appt after a had texted to confirm. Said needed voice confirmation, left VM, no call back
