I was excellent the staff and doctor were very nice and professional with me and my son.

This was my family’s first time at Main Street. I was bringing my 5 year old to his regular checkup and our family had just changed insurance providers, so we decided to try this office because they accept the new insurance. This office should not be advertised as a pediatric dentist. The only child-friendly thing was that there was a movie playing. Every single other piece of equipment and interaction was what I would expect from an adult dentist. There was no narration while the hygienist or the dentist was working on my child’s teeth. Several times I had to say “they’re going to spray water on your teeth now to clean them”, or similar. That should be the responsibility of the person doing the work, not the parent. There was no child-friendly bedside manner. Also, there were two women doing my child’s X-rays and teeth cleaning, and the younger one was doing all the work (seemed nervous and unsure), and the older one then told me it was the younger one’s first day. Do not have a completely new person work on a 5 year olds teeth, in their first day. I am furious. We will not be returning.

My son is autistic. The staff made him feel very comfortable and welcome.

They were busy yet fast paced and helped me ease my mind about my daughter's dental work that needs done.

It was really packed and we waited an hour to get called for a scheduled appointment so I didn’t feel it was sanitary to be waiting with that many people as well as the long wait time

Not a good experience very rude not good customer service very disorganized my son experienced was not good one

Had an appointment at 10:30 got in at 10:30. Super awesome with my daughter and made her feel comfortable.

Very nice and friendly staff , very clean place .

They were very patient and accommodating with my anxious autistic nine-year-old! Super grateful
