My daughter was nervous and the assistant was very calm and patient with her. She took the time to explain what each tool was and what it did and showed her. She also kept telling her how brave she was and stayed very friendly and welcoming the entire time.

The entire process (making appointments on the phone, filling out paperwork online, checking in at the front desk, X-rays, full dental visit) was all quick, easy and pleasant. My family has searched everywhere for a dentist that is good with my son who is autistic. The entire staff was slow and amazing with him. They never once recommended sedation. Driving 2 hours one way to their office was definitely worth it and will be doing it every 6 months.

All of the staff were very friendly. The check in was easy for first time patient. My daughter is very uneasy and anxious when it comes to the dentist. She has had some traumatic experiences in the past. She is not all that verbal but the dentist was very understanding he tried to get her comfortable. He showed her the mirror and for her to hold it . He didn't force her to do anything because then she will be more resistant. My daughter did not allow any x-rays to be done but was warming up to the idea of it which is a huge step considering in the past she never allowed X rays and had to be sedated . She is scheduled to come in again this Monday first thing in the morning hopefully she will be even more open to getting her cleaning and X rays done.

There were some issues with my insurance (I put down the wrong insurance out of the 2 my family has), but the front desk people kept saying it was on their end and everything was fine on my end. I had both of my young kids with me, was early for our appointment, and 45min late got seen, after being told that we were next in line.. but then 4-5 other patients were seen before us after that statement was made. They were all very kind but it felt a little all over the place understanding what the issue was and solving it. It wasn’t until the end of the appointment when I was checking out that a different front desk person figured out the issue.The visit itself was fine and they were kind with my son and daughter.. but I also was surprised the office had nothing for kids even though it was a dentist office that saw lots of kids. The movie on every screen was great, but my little one year old doesn’t watch tv much and she had to be patient for over an hour after her bottled milk and snacks ran out by the time we were seen.

The staff was friendly, hygienist was good with our toddler and the Dr was great with him too. The Dr was very knowledgeable and sweet.
