Not at first. Dentist needed us to come back asap. We finally got an appointment 2 weeks later by being on a waitlist. And 30 days by regular schedule which didnt seem to be very asap to me. But the dentist rectified the issue of future visits as she scheduled them herself right then and there

We had a great first visit! The office staff was super friendly and welcoming. The office manager was helpful and did everything to assure a smooth visit. The dental assistants and dentist, were really sweet and gentle with my girls.They took the time to explain their treatment plans in detail and answer my questions. We are excited for the next appointments.

Great experience with JoJo the hygienist!

Overall the experience was good. We did have to wait about 40 minutes and people did come in after us and were seen before us. But I understand that things can run behind. A few kids came out with very bloody mouths which made my son nervous. But once we got in the back the hygienist was very friendly and the dentist was helpful and spoke directly to my son, which I appreciated. I was also surprised that I had to schedule a filling for two cavities 2 months out.
