Everyone was very welcoming and nice. The dentist was quick and understanding when my daughter cried and fought.

It was a long wait. That being said I really liked the hygienist.

No enthusiasm

To start, I called the CC office, they state they only take 3 year olds and up that I had to call the FM office. Called them and they said that’s not true… so already bad taste. Either you didn’t wanna do your job, you didn’t wanna provide care or you’re just straight up lazy.. The front staff upon arrival and the whole time waiting had RBF, we’re not super friendly, I could hear all their personal business, backs were to me when I walked in. “Pediatric dentist” and in your website it says toys TVs ect KID FRIENDLY, other than the ugly colorful painted walls there was NOTHING kid friendly about. The wait with a toddler was kinda crazy, and then when my kid starts fussing in the chair waiting for the doc after about 45 mins of waiting you want to come say something to me. The facility was DIRTY!!!! It should be against code. I was 100% going to leave and then a doctor turned the corner and it was too late. I took pictures of the nasty facility. I will NEVER be back and I will NEVER recommend them. I posted about it and 120 other parents agree or have had similar stories. Filled out the questionnaire hit no for all his medical questions because he’s perfectly healthy and doc made me go back and fill out the whole questionnaire again because I missed one question that is obviously answered when I put NO for any and all medical conditions/issues/history ect. Seemed crazy and the nurse working with him apologized and even said it was silly for me to do when I missed one question that with context clues and NO for everything the answer would be no.

The Doctor was late coming to work. She walked in the room still chewing her food. She was very dry when she walked in. I think it gutted her to speak. Her dental assistant was very nice and very involved with my kid. She made the experience better. The receptionist very nice girl just couldn’t understand her.

Professional, kind and respectful people

The hygienist seemed disorganized and confused. It took many tries to get the X-rays done, and she kept leaving the room with the light shining in my eyes. I did not get fluoride on my teeth as I usually do either.

They didn’t make the effort to work with my daughter. My daughter is autistic and bit uncooperative, but as soon as the Doc got there she didn’t even made the effort to work with her, she was like “we cant do anything”

Was professional like always good timing not longer wait I am happy always thank you everybody 🙏

I came in for my daughter’s routine cleaning and we were turned away because I told him that she had a slight sniffle. I called other pediatric dentist and it doesn’t appear to be a problem for them that she had a slight sniffle so you lost my business because you turned me away for no reason at all.
