A lot of miscommunication. Provided my insurance information via form, over the phone, and then in person.Disorganized staff: one hygienist did charting for both kids. She was extremely slow, could not communicate in English and when she finally started the cleaning she would pause to watch the movie on the tv. After she finished with Riley she tried to start on Parker who had already been done. Parker’s “cleaning” consisted of brushing his teeth for about 10 seconds with a toothbrush.

Everyone was very friendly. Joyce at checkout was very helpful and thorough. Dr. Thomas was patient and kind with my daughter and I.

The staff is amazing! I love the way they interact with patients & make them feel comfortable. They are very professional.
