A service that was mistakenly claimed on insurance (it was claimed as an adult dental spacer, but it was for a child) caused me a terrible experience. I received letters, and my husband was eventually sent to collections. It was a very stressful situation for over a year. In my opinion, the billing department needs to be more careful, as they handle patient credit, and the office staff also needs to be more empathetic and better informed before calling and seeing patients.

Joyce at the front desk has a terrible attitude, and the customer service is the worst. I scheduled my daughter’s extraction, waited almost two hours, and was then told they didn’t have time to do it. When I explained my frustration, Joyce was rude and wrongly said I missed a prior appointment. Due to repeated delays and poor treatment, I’m transferring my daughter to another office.
