Took too long, we waited for too long to get to the room and them for the dentist to come. Like 1h wait.

Great and caring staff. Hygienist and dentist were very gentle attentive and informative

Office does not communicate with scheduling service. Made us come in at 7.30 when there was not a single person in the office.It was also difficult trying to get doctors notes because the front desk person was telling me that “they dont share notes because its company policy”, but she went to inquire further after i brought up the 21 Century Cures Act.

My kids appointment was for 8 AM. We just got in at nine. One hour waiting +1 hour for the whole procedure. Basically we stayed in the office for two hours. Who has the patient in time just to go do a teeth cleaning. Doesn’t make any sense.
