Prior to booking the appointment, I specifically asked the office representative if this practice removed cavities from 3 years old and was told yes. I had previously taken my son to another dentist who confirmed he had cavities but said she didn’t treat 3 years for cavity removal. The Main Street dentist dr Paola, after evaluating my son told me the same that she doesn’t remove cavities from 3 years old. It was a waste of my time.

Office does not communicate with scheduling service. Made us come in at 7.30 when there was not a single person in the office.It was also difficult trying to get doctors notes because the front desk person was telling me that “they dont share notes because its company policy”, but she went to inquire further after i brought up the 21 Century Cures Act.
