My daughter has a cavity, was only scheduled for a cleaning appointment and not an appointment for treatment. I had to call the office and advocate for my daughter because it seems like no one cares.

The wait time was too long. I waited approximately 40 minutes to be seen.

We have always had wonderful visits. Sadly my daughter has turned 18 so this would be her last visit. Everyone was great except for the tech cleaning her teeth this visit. She was very short responding, I took the attitude as she was annoyed maybe? rushed? stressed? Thats really unfortunate, was rough enough JUST BRUSHING she even bruised the gums of my daughters front tooth.I understand life can be stressful, your stress should not enter the room with your patients. We will miss you!
