Overall, my son and I had a great experience. There was one staff member whose demeanor did not make me feel welcome. Fortunately, that was not my son's experience, and everyone else we interacted with was pleasant, respectful, and communicated professionally.While I would like to overlook this interaction, I cannot ignore how it made me feel as a new patient. I genuinely like the office and plan to continue receiving services there. I also intend to email the dental office with a more detailed account of my experience because I believe it is important for the individual to understand the impact her disposition had on a new patient and family. My hope is that the feedback will be received constructively and help ensure all patients feel welcomed and valued.

The check up went well everyone made my daughter feel comfortable for her first dental appointment. Quick in and out with little to no wait time.

We are bummed you no longer provide discount rates for folks like us without dental insurance. We cannot afford $550 for a basic cleaning so we will go elsewhere. The dentist was awesome, but the receptionist was rude.

This was an emergency appointment and Dr. Nar took my daughter with short notice the same day and there was no wait time.

Everything was great. I do wish it was asked before giving the kids fluoride. It should be the parents decision for our kids to get it or not, but it was just given to my kids without asking. I will be sure to state before hand next time
