Excellent Dentistry And Service I Love It THANKS For Everything.

I arrived early for my appointments, as requested (I had 2 at 10:30). At 10:50, I asked for an eta and was told 15 more minutes. We were not taken back until 11:18. That is 48 minutes past our scheduled appointment and greatly effected the rest of our day and cost me extra money. This would be unacceptable if a patient did it.

The dentist was very rude and sarcastic. We simply asked a question and he gave us the rudest attitude and answer.

Waited for over an hour before we were seen.I want to make it clear that everything else about the visit was excellent, I just wanted to let you know about the wait time.

I arrived at 10am with my daughter, but we were not called back until 11:15am. It is incredibly challenging waiting for 75 minutes in a waiting room with a 2 year old child. During that time, I saw over 20 people get called back before us, including people who arrived after us. It’s not right to prioritize people who arrive late for their appointment over people who arrived early or on time.

I recently took my daughter in for her 6 month checkup/cleaning. The appointment was scheduled for noon and I arrived 15 minutes early. We waited for over 1 hour until being called in by the staff. This was very frustrating to say the least. The staff gave no reason for the delay. I could understand 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, but over an hour is unacceptable. I really hope this was a one time thing, because if it happens again I'll be forced to seek dental care elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter for 9am. The company changed the appointment to 9:30 without calling me to agree to the time change. My child was not called back until 9:45 and then after her cleaning had to wait an additional 15 minutes before seeing the dentist. We finally were able to leave at 10:25. The lack of communication and the long wait was very frustrating. If we were contacted about moving our appointment time, we would have rescheduled since 9:30 was too late for us

Good dr and good staff

The assistant who attended to us honestly lacked any tact; she was very rough while cleaning, not caring at all, and didn't listen to the patient or their parents. Neither my daughter nor I want to be treated by her again.
