They were not friendly at all

My son has autism am he was a lot they were kind and patient

I will not be returning to this dental office. Communication from the representatives was poor and inconsistent. My appointment was rescheduled because my insurance had not been approved, even though I was previously told by the representatives that everything had been approved. I asked several questions but did not receive clear answers. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I have lost confidence in the office's communication and customer service.

The dental assistant is as amazing it was a great experience

The staff was very friendly . We look forward to building a relationship between the kids and the staff. I loved that they were able to get to the point and have a honest solution to my daughter’s problems. The wait was over an hour after appointment time , that was a little aggravating but the front desk staff member mentioned they were short staffed . We’ll see next appointment how the time is :) thank you
