They are stupid people

Super nice clean and professional.

Positives:1. Scheduling the appointment and completing the paperwork online was very easy and convenient.2. I really liked both the doctor and the person who cleaned my daughter’s teeth. They were kind, professional, and made the visit a positive experience. If we return, it will primarily be because of the excellent care provided by the doctor.Areas for Improvement:1. I called the new-patient line more than five times while trying to reschedule the appointment but was unable to reach anyone. Eventually, I pressed option “2” and reached the office directly. The woman who answered was extremely helpful.2. I arrived 15 minutes late, which was my fault, and I called while on the way but reached voicemail. When we arrived, two staff members were standing at the back computer having what appeared to be a personal conversation about where someone lived and whether an item could be taken apart to fit. During this conversation, I was told twice that someone would be with me in a moment. Because we were already late, I eventually interrupted to ask whether my daughter could still be seen. One of the staff members then checked us in, and we were called back almost immediately.

The office in orlando is amazing from the front office staff to Dr Tejada. I love all of them. 10/10 would recommend.

I can’t say enough about the staff and Dr. Tejada. They helped my baby with tongue tie and gave me so much extra help for feeding her. Way to make a mom of a 6 week old feel calm and confident after her procedure. They are amazing and so glad a put my trust in them!

The absolute best experience I could have imagine for my daughter! I was referred to Dr. Tejada by friends after our Dentist not feeling comfortable with a procedure and referring us to a Surgeon.Dr. Tejada and his team made my daughter feel so comfortable. They perform the extraction and procedures all while explaining everything to her.I would and will not take my children to any other Dentist after having this phenomenal experience!
