Our dentist is amazing. She is friendly, gentle, quick, and very thorough!Our dental assistant was friendly but definitely did not meet our expectations. Our dental assistant on our 1st visit back in October 2025 was wonderful.Our person on 04/06/26 was hard to understand, she was not letting us know what she was doing throughout the appointment which made my daughter feel very uncomfortable. The worst part of the visit was the cleaning because she only spent a minute or two! Disappointed.

There was a hygienist was super rude . She has yellow nails and I called the office manager a couple times and have not been contacted back at all . I arrived a few minutes late and also called and left a voicemail ahead of time letting the office know I would be a few minutes late due to an accident. She was so rude and told me I’m cancelled and before the other receptionist interceded she was bombarding me with questions asking me why I was late and what possible reason I could have .

The office was very dirty, the dental chair was damaged and dirty. The dental assistant did a poor job cleaning my daughter's teeth. I love the dentist she's always great! I told her about the poor cleaning and she cleaned my daughter's teeth.

The doctor and the front desk they are amazing. The person that called my daughter back yesterday she was very rude. She didn’t speak. This is my first time ever experiencing that there and hopefully it never happens again. Maybe she was just having a hard day.
