We felt that the staff was not overly friendly or good at working with Kids. It was our kids first time there and little was done to help her feel less nervous.

The dental assistant that cleaned his teeth before the doctor came in did OK she spent a few seconds cleaning his teeth and then moved on the doctor was the friendliest person there it’s the front desk that needs help. Specifically the woman named Melissa up there was very rushy and rude when I had questions and was trying to book 3 different appointments we drove an hour for this place since we have a plan already. We will probably get his cavity done here, but after that we won’t be back unless Melissa isn’t working there anymore. You have to be careful who you hire for your front staff. Those are the first faces and last faces people see when you leave this place.

Everybody is INCREDIBLY NICE! We felt very comfortable taking our 7-week-old for a tooth removal. Thank you so much to the entire team.

I was so happy with how quickly I could get an appointment, other locations that take her insurance were 6 month waits. The tech and dentist were great with my toddler and they were able to get her to cooperate for X-rays and a cleaning even though it was her first visit and she was nervous. The dentist was very thorough and gave a lot of good information for us to use at home.

Overall a well first time experience. I wish we got seen sooner just to my child being a baby and having a specific feeding schedule. Towards the end of the appointment he was very hungry and sleepy but not too fussy. I didn’t like the lack of communication between the x-ray techs and the dentist as they did not know what they were taking an x-ray of and had to ask us. I understand that x-ray’s on babies are not easy but wish there had been better communication between the dentist and techs for a possibility of better imaging.

Our dentist is amazing. She is friendly, gentle, quick, and very thorough!Our dental assistant was friendly but definitely did not meet our expectations. Our dental assistant on our 1st visit back in October 2025 was wonderful.Our person on 04/06/26 was hard to understand, she was not letting us know what she was doing throughout the appointment which made my daughter feel very uncomfortable. The worst part of the visit was the cleaning because she only spent a minute or two! Disappointed.

There was a hygienist was super rude . She has yellow nails and I called the office manager a couple times and have not been contacted back at all . I arrived a few minutes late and also called and left a voicemail ahead of time letting the office know I would be a few minutes late due to an accident. She was so rude and told me I’m cancelled and before the other receptionist interceded she was bombarding me with questions asking me why I was late and what possible reason I could have .

The office was very dirty, the dental chair was damaged and dirty. The dental assistant did a poor job cleaning my daughter's teeth. I love the dentist she's always great! I told her about the poor cleaning and she cleaned my daughter's teeth.
