The place was filthy, there was trash on the floor in the exam we were lead to. Everything look outdated and run down. The chair that was in the exam room had wires exposed at the end of the chair. Nothing had been wiped down after the last person you can tell everything was in disarray. We ended up leaving and not having the exam because we didn’t think he would get the proper exam. Would not recommend this office to anyone!!

It was okay. Staff was not really welcoming the person who called us back did not introduce herself or confirm my son’s name/dob. The wait was understandable but the person who called us back didn’t checked in during the wait. Provider was good knowledgeable but seemed in a hurry or just rushed. Check out was smooth. Overall kinda expected more from reviews and family recommendations.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had at your office. My son has asthma and has a chronic cough related to that condition, yet he was treated as though he was simply sick and unable to receive the care we came for. As a single mother of five children, I took time off work and pulled my children from school to make this appointment and drove all the way to Winter Park expecting my son to receive the treatment he needed.Instead, no cleaning was done, no comprehensive care was provided, and the only thing completed was placing a filling over the cavity. My son is still in pain, and we were simply referred to an anesthesiologist and sent on our way with no real solutions. I left feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and as though my son’s medical condition caused him to be treated differently. This was by far the worst dental experience we have ever had. I invested my time, missed work, and rearranged my family’s entire day only to leave with my son still hurting and with none of the services we scheduled completed. I will not be returning to your office, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend your practice to other families. I hope you take this feedback seriously and reconsider how children with asthma and chronic coughs are treated in the future.

When a patient has an urgent matter, it should not take 5 months for the next available appointment. There should be stat, urgent, critical and routine patients with appropriate scheduling for each.

Your new patient experience was not handled well at all. My son has a congenital heart defect with heart failure. Your clinical team did nothing but send us away with paperwork that he needed clearance by his cardiologist to be seen. Why was none of this clarified before his first appointment over the phone? Nothing appeared on you portal when we filled out his medical condition stating we needed clearance. We had prior clearance at his 1st dentist which the team would not take. Had to be on your letter head. I wasted 3 hours of my day not to be seen. I live an hour away from your office. The team said sorry and this is not the 1st time this is happened. This issue needs to be addresses so it doesn't happen to families I the future.

Dr. Jones is awesome. I started with her when she was at the lake underhill location and found out she transferred to the winter park location. I will go to any location she is transferred to. Shes awesome with children and treats them like the little people they are. Not a bother like I’ve seen from others. She knows her job very well and I trust her completely.
