The dental assistant needs to be more patient with young patients.

Amazing staff!!!

Office staff, medical assistant, and the doctor were all very pleasant. They were friendly and very attentive. They made my daughter feel very comfortable and helped her to remain positive about being at the dentist. I enjoyed my experience with them and I look forward to going back to complete my daughter's treatment plan.

I did come in about 30 min early and was greeted and checked in. The office only had one Dentist that day and although it ran a bit longer, I loved Dr. Jones. She was knowledgeable which makes me trust her judgment, she answered all questions and provided advice I didn’t even know to ask about. 10/10.The office was clean and nice I just believe with more dentists it would flow a bit more effortlessly. Maybe I came in on the wrong day?

This was my first time at this dental office and the ladies were very welcoming. They explained and showed me everything as they were doing it. Very friendly.

The dental hygienist did not appear to know what she was doing. She was very rough and took less than five minutes to clean my teeth. She didn’t even use the scraper first to get off built up tartar.

Took me back at my appointment time which is great. My son’s cleaning was just brushing his teeth which took like 2 min. Also the hygienist who did his cleaning was not the friendliest and was kinda rough. Then waited like 45 min just to see the doctor.

It took a while to see the doctor and I feel the doctor just wanted to hurry through our appointment. I feel she didn’t really help out with my concerns and we were rushed out the door.

They seemed disorganized and the rooms are open together, and very tight.When caring for children I consider very important to have a spaced schedule so they don’t feel pressured also we don’t have to wait a long time instead of being seen on time scheduled
