There was no communication that we were checked in and we should have a seat and wait to be called. I like that there is a section to occupy kids while we wait. I was able to clarify my copay and insurance by asking but I wished that it was given as part of the intake process. The staff are very friendly and when we went back for my son’s cleaning the dental assistant was very communicative to me as well as my son to walk us through step by step as it was our first pediatric dental experience. Because there was a bit of a wait for each patient; which I can understand after being treated that means the doctor and assistants give each child their needed time and attention. I feel the only thing that could have been improved is the communication from the front without patients and parents having to inquire about everything on their own.

As we were leaving John’s lip on the right side was swollen the lower lip and he said they put some big thing in his mouth that really hurt and caused his lip to slow. We’re coming back to get some medication maybe an anabiotic because it’s now infected.

Please bring it back. My son loves it so much and really misses it

Dr. Paola and the staff were very nice and tentative. It’s never been a disappointment at this office. Thank you for making my daughter’s dental appointment visit a positive one
