The front desk staff and hygienists were excellent. However, during this visit with Dr. Garcia, the interaction felt rushed and somewhat dismissive when I asked questions, and the visit ended abruptly with a strong focus on sealants.Because of this, I would prefer my children not be scheduled with Dr. Garcia in the future. The Dental Technician and Dr. Smitley we wonderful as always. They truly care for their patients and take their time explaining procedures.

Unfortunately there was a strong urine smell coming from one of the exam rooms in the back area and the open exam room floor also smelled of urine.My daughter Aaliyah shared with me that the technician caring for her teeth was inconsiderate to where her nails was pressing into her teeth when she was cleaning them, not to mention the X-ray exams are always uncomfortable and hurts when the device is placed in their mouth to where they feel like their(all my children)gums were cut.Thank you
