The staff was excellent and my daughter we comfortable with the experience.

The Dental Technician and Dr. Smitley we wonderful as always. They truly care for their patients and take their time explaining procedures.

Unfortunately there was a strong urine smell coming from one of the exam rooms in the back area and the open exam room floor also smelled of urine.My daughter Aaliyah shared with me that the technician caring for her teeth was inconsiderate to where her nails was pressing into her teeth when she was cleaning them, not to mention the X-ray exams are always uncomfortable and hurts when the device is placed in their mouth to where they feel like their(all my children)gums were cut.Thank you
