Welcoming front desk staff, doctor was very warm and explained everything regarding our daughter’s upcoming procedure. Alenys explained the payment options and what our insurance covered. Love how detailed and informative they both were.

Wait was not too long, from prior experience I expected a longer wait. I was out with 2 kids in about an hour from first appointment time. All staff I interacted with was polite as usual. Dr. Rey, who was covering for the other doctor was pleasant and professional.
