Surprised by a change in my loan interest rate. But not surprised by the communication (or lack of) about when and why. Just a small otice in the mail. Loan department has a history of not returning phone calls or answering emails (until they need something from me). I used to feel like my business was important to MSB, but since Covid, I feel like a number.
