While online banking is nice, I still like to interact with the bank staff at my branch.

The interactions with the staff is short and unhelpful. They give little assistance to problems and just ask for the patrons to bend over backwards to make their jobs easier.

credit card is not high quality; many problems using card when traveling out of country, even when we provided advance notice.
