Surprised by a change in my loan interest rate. But not surprised by the communication (or lack of) about when and why. Just a small otice in the mail. Loan department has a history of not returning phone calls or answering emails (until they need something from me). I used to feel like my business was important to MSB, but since Covid, I feel like a number.

We do all of our business and much personal banking with MainStreet. Their customer service is top notch and rarely seen in this area. They go the extra yard to help clients and to make us feel important and that they care about our business. They are a standout as a bright and shining star, in an industry that rarely shows any interest in truly helping and serving clients. They are great and I highly recommend them.
