Gisele Foulks provided us very timely, well-explained, and responsive service. In almost real-time we were able to identify the administrative tasks and forms that needed completion to enable updates our account and to generate a Power of Attorney / Lien Release form which will enable us to retitle our automobile.

Small businesses are being encouraged to move their money to larger banks because of the fear of small community banks going under. Even though the money may be a little safer in a larger bank – what is being lost in that thought process is the fact that when you do that you become just another account number. What I love about MainStreet is that I have relationship with the people who take care of my money. I wouldn’t trade what I have with you guys for the world!! I was looking for a lien release letter for a car loan that was sold to your bank by two other banks that are now out of service. It was for a car that my dead mother had and i could not find a lien release for. After a lot of research and calling 3 Mainstreet Banks not affiliated with you I reached your bank. The central operator was extremely helpful, and he connected me with Giselle Foulks. I got her voicemail, and she called me right back and was extremely helpful in telling me what she needed from me. I sent the documents after hours and she called the very next morning to tell me she put the letter in the mail already. She was so polite, sent condolences for my mothers passing and just wanted to be helpful. She is a great asset to your company.
