I was looking for a lien release letter for a car loan that was sold to your bank by two other banks that are now out of service. It was for a car that my dead mother had and i could not find a lien release for. After a lot of research and calling 3 Mainstreet Banks not affiliated with you I reached your bank. The central operator was extremely helpful, and he connected me with Giselle Foulks. I got her voicemail, and she called me right back and was extremely helpful in telling me what she needed from me. I sent the documents after hours and she called the very next morning to tell me she put the letter in the mail already. She was so polite, sent condolences for my mothers passing and just wanted to be helpful. She is a great asset to your company.
