I love banking with MSB. The only downside is no ATM cash deposits (for after hours), and most locations close at 4 pm.

Aurelia has been outstanding with regards to her follow up and customer service. She was given my information and contacted me right away. When we spoke I made it clear to her that I was interested in doing substantial business with Main Street but I was not ready at that moment. She continued to be very communicative and patient with me and I have now begun my relationship with Main Steeet Bank as a result of her excellent service. I'm very excited to be supporting a local financial institution and am thrilled to have a representative as kind and as attentive to my personal financial needs as Aurelia is.

I don't need to go into the branch because I take advantage of the on-line banking. When I do have an issue I enjoy a quick response and fix. Great local customer service!
