I had a fantastic experience!Adeleh Adli provided excellent customer support by making me checking account opening fast, stress-free, and taking the extra time to walk me through the mobile app.Thank you so much!!

I always feel welcome at the Herndon, VA, Main Street Bank. Everyone is friendly and helpful to me. It is a pleasure doing business there.

My experience has been very good, just I as promised in the begining!

Employees are the greatest. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

I love banking with MSB. The only downside is no ATM cash deposits (for after hours), and most locations close at 4 pm.

Aurelia has been outstanding with regards to her follow up and customer service. She was given my information and contacted me right away. When we spoke I made it clear to her that I was interested in doing substantial business with Main Street but I was not ready at that moment. She continued to be very communicative and patient with me and I have now begun my relationship with Main Steeet Bank as a result of her excellent service. I'm very excited to be supporting a local financial institution and am thrilled to have a representative as kind and as attentive to my personal financial needs as Aurelia is.

I don't need to go into the branch because I take advantage of the on-line banking. When I do have an issue I enjoy a quick response and fix. Great local customer service!

The company staff are well trained on how to promote the banks benefits to the customers.Positive attitude and prompt response makes it easy to work with the bank. I look forward to doing more business with Main Street bank.Keep up the excellent work.

I usually only deal with Credit Unions and this is my first time in a long time putting my trust in a bank. So far, the experience had been great!
