Branch Manager Helen Windem was most professional and accommodating in addressing all of my concerns pertinent to opening my new accounts. MainStreet Bank compares favorably in this regard to other financial institutions who often rely on CSRs who are poorly trained. It might be helpful for new depositors if MainStreet would post a comprehensive explanation of all of the steps required to open a new account, in advance.
