At the store no one helped me. Ignore me maybe because they throught I wasn’t a serious buyer?! Others were being helped. And the $500 value gift, isn’t worth $500 everything is polyester. Not worth it! Very misleading!

I recently sent a message through contact us page regarding warranty info on the bed recently purchased. The footboard arrived dirty on one end and with what looks like a couple of snag marks in the fabric. Lean this will say this was discovered after the whole bed was unpacked and nearly put together. I was asking what could be done to rectify the situation, but have not heard back from your customer service department. Very disappointing.

The kids in the store were unable to answer complex questions. They seemed terrified having to interact with an adult. Very sad. I also called the store for a follow up and no on returned my call. The delivery tracking system is rudimentary and frustrating. So you need more affable store staff and better ability to track your order and a more robust and transparent delivery system. Drivers were rude and unapologetic.

Delivery never received a e-mail telling me my mattress was going to be delivered they left the bed and pillow box in front of my door with nobody home not very professional could of got stolen.

There are screw inserts missing on the headboard of the bed that I still don’t know how to deal with. I haven’t had a chance to reach out to you guys yet but it’s very frustrating

My weighted blanket is coming apart less than a month after receiving it. Poor craftsmanship and quality for the price point in my opinion.
