Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la maison le colis avait tout simplement été lancer en bas de nos escalier plutôt que d'être déposé sur le porche proche de la porte, la boîte du matelas était également trouée. Si la température n'aurait pas été clémente, le matelas aurait pu être endommagé. Je trouve que le service de livraison manque de professionnalisme.

The delivery process wasn't what I expected. I would have liked it very much if the shipping included an option for in-home delivery.

Too expensive for what you get. The color was way darker than advertised. Not really happy which is super disappointing because I was so excited to try the brand.

Miscommunication / promises that fell short and things were not handled correctly

I ordered two adjustable pillows. They never shipped. After 10 days and two attempts at requesting a status update, I cancelled the order. There was no attempt to make it right or apology or investigation into this matter. I always want to support Canadian companies but this totally fell short.

My mattress pad arrived with a ridge/bulge extending about 2/3 across. I thought it might be from it being rolled during shipping and allowed it to lay flat for a day. It didn’t flatten and is still there. It seems to be defective and I would have returned it if it had not been so difficult to do so given its size.
