I've tried the full pillow for 2 weeks , then took out some foam and still can't find that comfort I'm looking for.Not sure if I can help with that.

We purchased our mattress from a warehouse sale in Vancouver at the end of January. There were no more on hand and were told us we would receive tracking details in the next 3 days. We did. However, we also receive an email from a staff member advising that they had inadvertently sent us 2 mattress and gave us the return to sender slips and advised us to send it back upon arrival (the extra mattress). Two weeks went by and we still hadn't received a mattress. Upon my follow-up, the staff said they had no records of two mattress being sent, and upon one more day of reviewing the file, we finally had our mattress sent in the mail. It took 5 weeks to receive a mattress that should have taken less than 1 week.

First of all, your return policy is incredibly predatory. I happened to make my order late at night on a weekend and within minutes of submitting the order realized I wanted to make a change. But by the time your business hours opened on Monday, you claimed that there was nothing you could do. And that if I wanted to exchange the bed frame I would have to pay $300 to do so. This just set me off in a very negative mood so I decided not to proceed with anything.

The lady at the store was a little snobby to me. I had questions about the different fabric choices and she made me fel like I was burdening her.I ordered on line. The sheets came first but there was no packing sheet, so I was quite stressed about not receiving my duvet. It finally came. I like the sheets a lot.

Very disappointed in the quality. Immediately on unboxing there were cracks noticed in the headboard backing material and a twist in the headboard making it look wonky.The delivery was another issue. Possible the box was to heavy for the driver and thus he put one box on the walkway and the heavier one in the yard in the mud.

I know you don’t control the delivery company but they didn’t bring the delivery up to my unit. They didn’t even try as I was home when it was delivered. It was left in the vestibule of our building - not even in the locked doors so anyone could have taken it off the street. As the pieces are extremely large I couldn’t move them up on my own - I was alone with my 6 year old daughter so I had toGet two neighbours to help me. Otherwise they would have sat down there until my husband got home from his business trip a week later. If I didn’t love the bed so much, I would have rated lower stars.
