We received a replacement 5 drawer dresser due to a defective drawer almost impossible to open and close. The replacement was worse-two drawers were extremely difficult to open and even more difficult to close!

I never received my package. I reached out to fedex and they said they can do nothing about it. Every other delivery service rings the doorbell when they leave a package but fedex did not. When I went outside to get the package it was not there.I have purchased silk and snow products in the past because I like the quality and I like to support a Canadian company but I will no longer be buying your products after this negative experience. Please choose a better and more reliable delivery service.

The delivery men left the boxes OUTSIDE of my condo building. At the very minimum, they could have at least brought inside the building. Most delivery people ring the apartment, I buzz them in, and they deliver to my apartment. The box containing the bed was very heavy and I had to get help.

The pillow is well constructed but hasn't provided the effective support I've needed for my nexk pan as a side sleeper. For me ieven pulling out almost all of the foam filling, the pillow is too stiff and elevated and makes my head feel it's tilted upward and rested a kink sensation when I sleep and wake up with pan.

Issues with quality unresolved. I expected new products to be perfect. They are not. The bed frame and dresser are very good. Mattress has cosmetic flaws - I didn’t pay to have a flawed mattress from Silk and Snow. Quality control is lacking - it never should have reached the customer with flaws. Sheets are not good quality at all- thin, see-through, could fit better.

I've tried the full pillow for 2 weeks , then took out some foam and still can't find that comfort I'm looking for.Not sure if I can help with that.

We purchased our mattress from a warehouse sale in Vancouver at the end of January. There were no more on hand and were told us we would receive tracking details in the next 3 days. We did. However, we also receive an email from a staff member advising that they had inadvertently sent us 2 mattress and gave us the return to sender slips and advised us to send it back upon arrival (the extra mattress). Two weeks went by and we still hadn't received a mattress. Upon my follow-up, the staff said they had no records of two mattress being sent, and upon one more day of reviewing the file, we finally had our mattress sent in the mail. It took 5 weeks to receive a mattress that should have taken less than 1 week.

First of all, your return policy is incredibly predatory. I happened to make my order late at night on a weekend and within minutes of submitting the order realized I wanted to make a change. But by the time your business hours opened on Monday, you claimed that there was nothing you could do. And that if I wanted to exchange the bed frame I would have to pay $300 to do so. This just set me off in a very negative mood so I decided not to proceed with anything.
