I just made up the date as there was no maintenance service ptovided First of all there was no maintenance performed so I have no idea what you are talking about then again you claimed a treatment for my ongoing cockroach infestation so I guess that your maintenance department lives in an alternate reality -doing nothing and claiming every. Do better!!!!!!

Karen Lewis is amazing. I currently went through a surgery and was in a bad situation. She worked tirelessly with the Veterans Service Commission to keep me in my home. She did things above her normal duties. She cares about the men and women that served there country.

When the bedroom light fixture quit working maintenance replaced it. Then the electricians were needed for the same light. The problem did get resolved. The broken shade took a bit longer to get replaced and I had to fix the pull chains to the correct working position. Now that ManCo has taken over the lawncare I anticipate the frequency will improve. I and the neighbors will be happier.
