My leasing experience being a first time renters was so easy with the help of Karen and Freddie they were very helpful during my process Karen answered all of my questions and was very patient with me!

They are on top of any issues you have and take care of maintenance requests in a very timely manner. I have had 4 property rental companies since ive lived here and manco is by far the best. Karen in the main office is pretty awesome!

ManCo property services, to be honest are the best to rent with, they are reasonable,hepful and with any work order they get right on top of it .

I just made up the date as there was no maintenance service ptovided First of all there was no maintenance performed so I have no idea what you are talking about then again you claimed a treatment for my ongoing cockroach infestation so I guess that your maintenance department lives in an alternate reality -doing nothing and claiming every. Do better!!!!!!
