Your Maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful but your call center not so much sometimes

They suppose to coming for the mice.

The people with this company are so nice and so helpful! Always do their job perfectly.

Karen Lewis is amazing. I currently went through a surgery and was in a bad situation. She worked tirelessly with the Veterans Service Commission to keep me in my home. She did things above her normal duties. She cares about the men and women that served there country.

When the bedroom light fixture quit working maintenance replaced it. Then the electricians were needed for the same light. The problem did get resolved. The broken shade took a bit longer to get replaced and I had to fix the pull chains to the correct working position. Now that ManCo has taken over the lawncare I anticipate the frequency will improve. I and the neighbors will be happier.
