During the portion of my rental term in which ManCo was managing the property, I found them very responsive and concerned regarding my satisfaction. Certainly issues came and went, but ManCo would ultimately remediate any issues. The only negative was upon terminating the lease, the majority of my security deposit was not returned. Outside of paint, the livable space was actually in better condition than upon original lease agreement. ManCo has a good staff of personnel and contractors to maintain the properties and conduct necessary maintenance.

Nothing is fixed or updaded in a timely manner. Very poor communication. The problems I e had her ad far as maintenance work hasn't been fixed. They just "bandaid the problems. The floors are extremely old and causing splinters. Manco has known about this for the last 7months. Also the ceiling constantly leaks and is falling apart throu6the house and another gets fixed

Only real common is that maintenance needs to look over the apartment and they suspected thoroughly before moving in the new tenant

They are very friendly at ManCo, you can tell that they’re very family oriented as well. Their response time to maintenance orders and any other question, comments or concerns are immediate thanks to the customer service line. Since they’ve taken over from the last property management things in my apartment work and operate functionally without me having to come out of my pocket! I couldnt be anymore fortunate to be a tenant😀
