Joel was a maintenance man here he went ahead and put batteries in the smoke detectors and put one up in the common area because the old one was broke now he went ahead and did that he didn't excellent excellent job I appreciate your maintenance man they're good men.

I would like to say thanks manco property for getting the job done! They took a property that was being run down drug infested and turned it over in a tiny minute to get things updated and upgraded Miss Chelsea is outstanding. She really worked with the tenant . Kudos to miss Chelsea as to getting them helped with any situation. Whether it's maintenance or just a nuisance in the neighborhood. She act upon it and she get the job done as well and I just want to say she is a great person. Her spirit is very sweet and she's pleasant to work with and I really appreciate that. Please forgive me if I spell your name wrong Ms. Chelsea. Laugh out loud 😂

Maintenance has always been wonderful and courteous with us. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it was considered an emergency because water was coming up in the bathtub and toilet was overflowing. And since it took a few hours for someone to get here it was a little of an inconvenience.

Today, I had a wonderful experience with Maintenance Tech Darrell Balsamo who came to do an annual AC inspection. He called ahead of time and left a very professional and pleasant voicemail and when I returned the call he managed my expectations of when he would arrive. Upon arrival, he was cheerful and kept me informed along the way of what he was doing, and at the end did a recap. All in all, a great experience!

I like they understanding they have with me knowing that I'm having some difficulties and that trying to get the help from Miami valley community center is not a fast process and I like the location where I live at
