I am very happy with Manco. My service requests have always been taken care of. I love the office staff and maintenance workers. They are always kind and do what is needed to keep their tenants happy.

The guy Y'all sent to fix my porch an steps did a great job.....

Joel was a maintenance man here he went ahead and put batteries in the smoke detectors and put one up in the common area because the old one was broke now he went ahead and did that he didn't excellent excellent job I appreciate your maintenance man they're good men.

I would like to say thanks manco property for getting the job done! They took a property that was being run down drug infested and turned it over in a tiny minute to get things updated and upgraded Miss Chelsea is outstanding. She really worked with the tenant . Kudos to miss Chelsea as to getting them helped with any situation. Whether it's maintenance or just a nuisance in the neighborhood. She act upon it and she get the job done as well and I just want to say she is a great person. Her spirit is very sweet and she's pleasant to work with and I really appreciate that. Please forgive me if I spell your name wrong Ms. Chelsea. Laugh out loud 😂

Maintenance has always been wonderful and courteous with us. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it was considered an emergency because water was coming up in the bathtub and toilet was overflowing. And since it took a few hours for someone to get here it was a little of an inconvenience.

I appreciated the return call back the same day. I also appreciate that the time was taken to answer my questions.
