Today, I had a wonderful experience with Maintenance Tech Darrell Balsamo who came to do an annual AC inspection. He called ahead of time and left a very professional and pleasant voicemail and when I returned the call he managed my expectations of when he would arrive. Upon arrival, he was cheerful and kept me informed along the way of what he was doing, and at the end did a recap. All in all, a great experience!

I like they understanding they have with me knowing that I'm having some difficulties and that trying to get the help from Miami valley community center is not a fast process and I like the location where I live at

Boy I like dealing with Manco! Friendly, efficient, honest and trustworthy! They are quick to answer my questions, and quick to communicate when things come up. This is the way all property management companies ought to be!

The repair man had to wait for a parts order for which he had no control over, he was in and out in about an hour when he got the parts.

The management and maintenance are wonderful. The inside common areas could be taken better care of. (ie: dirty floors and walls, have not been mopped in over a year). It also angers me that people did not receive sufficient keys for front door and we are told we have to come to the office to get one. A lot of us ride busses and it really inconveniences us. We were told that a second key would be brought back to residents but evidently that was a false statement. People should keep their word. Especially if they work for the management company you rent from. That is why you don't receive 5 stars. We were lied to and no one cleans up here.
