Today, I had a wonderful experience with Maintenance Tech Darrell Balsamo who came to do an annual AC inspection. He called ahead of time and left a very professional and pleasant voicemail and when I returned the call he managed my expectations of when he would arrive. Upon arrival, he was cheerful and kept me informed along the way of what he was doing, and at the end did a recap. All in all, a great experience!

I like they understanding they have with me knowing that I'm having some difficulties and that trying to get the help from Miami valley community center is not a fast process and I like the location where I live at
