To date, every maintenance request I've submitted has been addressed in a timely manner. In addition, any follow-ups have also been scheduled and completed, as deemed necessary by the maintenance team. I dislike old looking basements that's the only reason why I don't want the apartment other than that, the rest of the apartment was nice.
