I dislike old looking basements that's the only reason why I don't want the apartment other than that, the rest of the apartment was nice. The gentleman was respectful, likable , explained who and what ManCo did. He answered my questions and ended conversation on a good note. Website was fairly straightforward. Wasn't hard to navigate. My only real issue is not putting able to pay through bank card for rent in the forefront of method of payment. Using credit card cost me $10 .
