ManCo is now managing the properties of my landlord, Mr. Felipe. At first they weren’t on top of lawn care, now they are (except for some reason our bushes are still not being trimmed; that needs to be addressed). When there’s an issue, it is resolved in a timely fashion. I’ve been in need of a new ac unit for five years, and I just recently received one. Very grateful for that. Besides having complaints with the new neighbors, everything else seems to be going okay.

They got replacement keys pretty fast for me. The pesticide guys are quick and efficient. Maintenance gets in and out, efficiently. I’m honestly thinking about starting a new lease with this property service!

To date, every maintenance request I've submitted has been addressed in a timely manner. In addition, any follow-ups have also been scheduled and completed, as deemed necessary by the maintenance team.
