My original appt was made at 0800 then changed without my knowledge the week prior to it. Wish I got a heads or warning that it was being changed instead of a text asking to confirm my appt time

Front staff are very cold and unfriendly both on phone and in person. Lobby and rooms were nice and appeared clean but not comfortable. The front desk staff set the tone for uncomfortable atmosphere not the decor. Very cold in exam room. Turn temp up to make people more comfortable and offer warm blankets when someone states they are cold or even just to make a person feel more comfortable. Doctor completed task at hand quickly and professionally. Would recommend doctor but would be sure to warn any referral not to expect the front desk staff to be friendly or helpful.

Scheduling was difficult and check-in staff not real friendly

They got me scheduled fairly quickly and receptionist was super sweet unlike Oral Surgery Of Kansas receptionist my Dentist recommended was rude. Glad I went back to Manhattan Oral Surgery.... always will use them after that!

All went well.

Both my daughters have been patients there and we have had equally great experiences both times in 2024 and in 2025!
