I was SHOCKED!!! They came within the hour!!! 12/24 was my umpteenth time calling about getting my toilet fixed. Maintenance will come in "put a bandaid on it" 2 days later.. Problem is back. I called last week and was told a new toilet would be ordered.. But no one came to fix the issue. When I called 12/24 to say the toilet didn't get fixed yet.. I was told they were dealing with a huge issue and my unit may not be serviced that day.. Less than an hour later.. Maintenance is here.. Bandaid is holding.. now I'm just waiting on my new toilet. I was truly greatful and appreciative for the bandaid this time( best bandaid yet to be honest)
