I shoved some items in a cabinet next to my dishwasher and didn’t notice that I crimped a water hose that passes through the back of the cabinet. I called for a repairman to check why the dishwasher didn’t wash my dishes.The fellow who came to fix it spotted the problem immediately. I felt like a dope, but he was kind and I was pleased ehis demeanor and professionalism.

It was nothing but fantastic service as usual.
